Youth Career and Development Hub (YCDH) is a non-governmental organization (NGO). Due to the pressure of Bangladesh’s rapidly growing population, socio-economic development is being hindered on one hand, while on the other hand, unplanned settlements are expanding in the struggle to meet basic needs and ensure survival. Agricultural land is being depleted, forests are disappearing, and the environment is becoming imbalanced.

In addition, natural disasters such as floods, droughts, cyclones, and storms are pushing Bangladesh’s socio-economic development and natural environment toward severe crises. Environmental pollution is continuously threatening our daily lives.

Meanwhile, unemployment is increasing due to the lack of skill-based, practical training among the youth of this country.

Therefore, creating a beautiful, pollution-free environment and generating employment opportunities for socio-economic development are the core goals and objectives of YCDH.
